The Washington State Search and Rescue Core Competency Criteria requires an annual attestation regarding your physical and mental capability to perform an assigned mission or task. Reference WAC 118-04-200.</p><p class="query"> You must check both boxes to complete the attestation.

I understand that I must inform the King County SAR Coordinator of any physical or mental impairments that may impact my ability to perform an assigned mission or task.
